During my stay, I was attending a convention downtown, and leaving the next day (May 6). Upon checking in, your staff did a great job of answering all of my questions and concerns. The young lady at the desk very quickly helped me solve my logistics problems by scheduling your hotel shuttle to take me downtown the next morning, answered my account question, and helped me identify some local eating options that evening. The next day, your shuttle driver did a great job of not only quickly getting me downtown in the morning, but picking me up at the convention center to return to the hotel to get my luggage, then getting me to the airport that afternoon for my flight. I have stayed at many Hilton brand hotels, but I must commend you again on the quality of the staff that you have put together.
